Welcome,

I’m glad you’re here

Compassionate, practical therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, heavy responsibilities, and complex relationships.

Pause with me.

Whether you're facing academic pressure, work demands, or family dynamics, it’s easy to get caught up intellectualizing your stress.

But overthinking doesn't stop the overwhelm—and lately, it might feel like you're running on empty, unable to show up the way you normally do.

Wanting to talk to someone isn't a sign of weakness; it’s a sign that you’ve been holding too much for too long.

You don’t have to navigate this isolation or carry this weight alone. Therapy is a safe, non-judgmental space to stop managing your pain from afar and start building true, daily calm.

Sound like what you need? Let's dig in!

Hi, I’m Rachelle!

I am a mental health therapist licensed in Washington State. I am passionate about helping teens and adults breaking the cycle of feeling overwhelmed, uncovering what’s underneath it, and reclaiming a sense of calm to your daily life.

Through a trauma-informed approach, I specialize in relational, cultural, and transitional issues and how they contribute to anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem—providing a safe, grounded space to process where you’ve been so you can move forward.

My Specialties 〰

Anxiety & Self-Esteem

Navigating constant pressure, perfectionism, and overthinking.

When stress leaves you feeling like you can't function like you used to, we'll go deeper than surface coping skills to quiet your mind, restore balance, and help you feel grounded again.

Relational & Family Dynamics

Setting boundaries, stopping people-pleasing, and breaking toxic cycles.

Whether you're a teen navigating family pressure or an adult balancing work and home life, we'll build practical tools to protect your peace and foster healthier connections.

Trauma-Informed Healing

Safely processing past hurts to feel secure in the present.

Trauma isn't just major life events—it’s also the accumulated impact of cultural stress, painful life transitions, or feeling chronically unseen and unsupported. Through a gentle, trauma-informed lens, we’ll work at your pace to help you heal and reclaim your self-worth.
